You’ll receive an email containing all the information you need before you visit us, including a unique code for the secure car park.

When you get to Happy Hounds, simply enter your car park code and come on in and park your car. Make sure you arrive right on time, you’ll have fifty minutes on the field in total. This gives you five minutes to settle in and five minutes at the end of the session to get your dog back on lead and return to your car.

There are 2 walkways up to the fields one for Bark Park & one for Fetch Field, these are signposted on the gates. You are now able to let your dogs off in the walkway up to the fields if you so wish. Ensure you close all gates behind you.

You can also park your vehicle in the entrance to the walkway of the field that you have booked if you wish, so your dogs are secure within the walkway when you let them out of your vehicle. Please ensure that no vehicles are blocking the walkway gates to either field at all times.

Be mindful on changeover that you are back to the car park at the end of your hour so there’s no off lead dogs in the walkway waiting for the previous person who could still in the field with their dogs if they are late leaving the fields.

We want to make sure everyone has a good time when they visit Happy Hounds, so we ask that you’re respectful of the space. Please pick up any mess your dog leaves - and don’t forget to have fun!

We recommend getting your dog back on the lead 5 mins before the end of your session, picking up any final mess. Make sure you close the gate as you go!
