Our rules are straightforward, and have been created to make sure everyone has the best time possible when using Happy Hounds.

Our rules
Your dog is always your responsibility when playing on a Happy Hounds field - so make sure you keep an eye on them.
Only 6 dogs allowed per field per booking
Please pick up your dog poo and take it with you when you leave. We pop in to inspect regularly, but if you do spot a rogue dog poo while you’re playing with your pup, please pick it up.
You can now let your dogs off lead in the walkways up to the fields if you so wish as the walkways are now split one for Bark Park & one for Fetch field. Ensure you are back to the car park within your allotted hour so that we don’t have any situations of off lead dogs in walkways with customers & dogs still in the field. We want Happy Hounds to be a safe place for everyone.
If you notice any issues on the field with security or maintenance, give Julie a bell on 07760123345 and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible.
We will not be held responsible for your dog escaping from our field - remember your dog is your responsibility at all times.
When you’re in the car park please ensure that your dog is on lead.
Do not enter the field until the previous customer has left with their dog.
Our booking slots last for 50 minutes in total - that gives you 5 minutes at the beginning of the session to settle in and 5 minutes at the end to exit and ensure the field is secure for the next booking. If you overstay your slot, you’ll need to pay for the hour you’ve taken.

Make sure to inspect the field before beginning your session to make sure it’s suitable for your dog.
If you’re late to your session, you can’t extend your booking.
Any damage to the field or breaking of equipment will be paid for by the dog owner.
All dogs using Happy Hounds need to be fully up to date with their flu inoculations, wormers and any vaccinations. If your dog or another dog it lives with is showing ill health (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea etc) then please cancel the session.
Please ensure you lock the gate behind you when you start the session.
Ensure you don’t litter on the field as this could present a risk to the dogs.
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of your slot time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
We recommend bringing waterproofs just in case it rains - please remember the field can be muddy!
If bringing a child, you are responsible for them at all times.
Terms and conditions of field hire
Happy Hounds has public liability insurance for all dog breeds including XL Bully types, however we are not responsible for any person or pet during the hire of our fields. Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. We retain ownership over the field at all times.
XL Bully type dogs need to be muzzled in the walk way to the fields, if coming with dogs from the same household they can be unmuzzled once inside the field and gate shut. If XL Bully type dogs are attending with dogs from other households they will still need to be muzzled in the field.
We’re not responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property. All vehicles parked on the property are left at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise while they are on the premises.
Data
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking, or to advise of discounted slots. The information is not shared to any other parties.
General
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Happy Hounds.
